Little Changes Make All The Difference

My life has been totally changed since I returned home from Thailand. The biggest change that I have made is telling people about all of the experiences that I have had and the things that I learned. I was interviewed by my school and local newspaper and I talked about the evils of plastic. I also talked about the friends that I made and hope to inspire a feeling of international friendship. I also have tried to make little changes. I know only buy organic meat in the spirit of the sustainable agriculture that we learned at Farm Chokchai. I also am trying to take shorter showers and use re-usable plastic bottles. I also try and go out in nature more often to stay connected with the beautiful world we live in. I am so grateful that I got to take part in this experience, and I miss all the friends that I made.
